Brazil’s Bolsonaro avoids detention over social media ‘irregularity’

SAO PAULO - Brazil’s Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that former president Jair Bolsonaro would not be taken into detention -- for now -- during his trial for allegedly plotting a coup.
