DPO pins promotion badges

GUJRAT - District Police Officer (DPO) Mehar Muhammad Riaz, accompanied by DSP Organized Crime Unit Mian Muhammad Asif, pinned promotion badges to Muhammad Zubair during a ceremony held at the Telecommunication Department, marking his promotion to the rank of Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI).
