Gold price drops by Rs800 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan decreased on Thursday in line with their loss in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs505,562 after a decline of Rs800 during the day.

Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs433,437 after it fell by Rs686, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Wednesday, gold price per tola reached Rs506,362 after a gain of Rs12,700 during the day.

The international rate of gold declined by $8 to reach $4,832 per ounce (with a premium of $20).

Meanwhile, the price of silver also decreased by Rs30 to reach Rs9,903 per tola.
