‘Temporary reduction in power Generation due to technical reasons’

ISLAMABAD: According to a press release issued by the spokesperson of IESCO, due to technical reasons, there has been a temporary reduction in overall power generation. As a result, IESCO is not receiving electricity as per demand, and therefore, need-based load management is being carried out across the entire IESCO region.

The spokesperson further stated that as soon as electricity supply according to demand becomes available, uninterrupted power supply to valued consumers will be restored. The IESCO management is fully aware of the inconvenience faced by consumers due to power outages and, under these circumstances, sincerely apologizes to its valued consumers and requests their cooperation.
