ALFAAZZ, Darya Lab host climate workshop

KARACHI: ALFAAZZ, in collaboration with Darya Lab, hosted a full-day workshop titled “Nourish: Seeds of Change – Cultivating a Sustainable Plate and a Resilient Mind” at NIC Karachi as part of Climate Action Week.

The workshop brought together educators, students, practitioners, and climate-conscious individuals to explore the intersection of food systems, sustainability, mental well-being, and everyday climate action. Through interactive sessions and guided discussions, participants examined how mindful lifestyle choices can contribute to both environmental resilience and personal well-being.
