Govt utilising all resources to promote higher edu: KP minister

Peshawar - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Higher Education, Archives and Libraries, Meena Khan Afridi, has said that the provincial government is utilizing all available resources to promote higher education, particularly in the fields of engineering and technology.
